Financial Coordinator

I enjoy working with patients and families, to make sure everyone has a positive experience and finishes with a smile they love. It’s wonderful to play a role in creating beautiful smiles! I assist patients and parents with their insurance: explaining their coverage and seeing that they get the most from their benefits. I also help with payment arrangements, to find terms that work with a family’s budget.

Front Office Receptionist

I love being back at Key Orthodontics. A few of the tasks I handle for Dr.Hill is to assist with scheduling and payments. I am in contact with general dentist offices to make sure our patients are up-to-date with their oral care. I assist Dr. Hill with patients chair side when needed but most of my time is spent at the front desk.

Orthodontic Dental Assistant

I work in the treatment area where patients get their braces on and adjusted. My goal is to help patients and families transition easily into our practice and ensure they’re happy with the care we offer. I strive to make sure our patients are taking care of their oral hygiene while braces are on and make sure they are wearing retainers when they are out of braces.

Orthodontic Dental Assistant

I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families. Working in an orthodontic office is a unique experience since we get to see our patient so often, about once a month. In most cases we see quite the transformation as kids grow into young adults. In the office I assist Dr. Hill chair side.
